As the most recently launched brand, Ponte Mouchão wine, top of the range of the estate's blended wines, has already won over many connoisseurs. Following Mouchão's ancient winemaking techniques, harvested by hand and foot-trodden in lagares, and aged in used French oak barrels and in old barrels for 18 months, it then ages for another 18 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
